CHICAGO CHAUFFEURED TRANSPORTATION
Chicago Limo Service for Airport, Corporate & Executive Travel
Chicago transportation, planned around the trip
Chicago limo and chauffeur service works best when the itinerary is planned before pickup: confirmed trip details, realistic timing, and an office that can coordinate changes. When plans change, call our office. Dispatch can update the chauffeur and reservation.
LimoRSVP provides pre-scheduled chauffeured service across the Chicago area with professional chauffeurs and flight monitoring for airport reservations so pickup timing can be coordinated when an inbound flight changes.
Since 2004, LimoRSVP has coordinated transportation for Chicago individuals, companies, and groups, including airport transfers, executive travel, and multi-vehicle itineraries.

CHICAGO AIRPORT SERVICE
O'Hare and Midway transfers, handled end to end
Airport transportation is where precise scheduling and clear pickup instructions matter most. Here is how a pickup is planned, whether you are departing on a fixed schedule or landing on a flight that has changed twice.
Departures and pickup planning
For trips to O’Hare International (ORD) or Midway International (MDW), pickup timing is planned around the flight, terminal, origin, and known Chicago-area route conditions. The office confirms the reservation details and coordinates the applicable chauffeur and vehicle information before service.
Arrivals and flight monitoring
For monitored airport arrivals, the office reviews flight status and coordinates pickup timing when an inbound flight lands early, runs late, or changes. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage, and the selected pickup procedure are considered when coordinating the reservation.
Curbside or meet-and-greet
Choose the arrival procedure that fits the trip. For curbside pickup, collect your luggage and call our office when you are ready to proceed to the designated pickup area. Dispatch will update the chauffeur and provide the appropriate pickup instructions. With meet-and-greet service, the chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign and assists with luggage. No call is normally needed unless you cannot locate the chauffeur.
International arrivals, downtown hotel transfers, and private aviation pickups receive additional planning for customs, baggage, terminal procedures, and flight status. Any waiting time beyond the included allowance is handled according to the reservation terms. Our planning guides below cover hotel and FBO details.
CORPORATE TRAVEL
Executive transportation that reflects on the people you move
When you are arranging travel for an executive or a visiting client, the transportation is part of the impression. It should be professionally presented, quiet, and planned around the schedule.
For executive assistants and travel managers
Executive assistants and travel managers can book for other passengers and coordinate changes such as a shifted flight, an added stop, or a meeting that runs long. Separate booker and passenger contact details can be used so several executive reservations can be coordinated through the office.
Roadshows and multi-stop days
For investor roadshows, conference schedules at McCormick Place, and multi-stop business days, hourly chauffeur service can keep the itinerary organized within the reserved service window. Stops and timing are coordinated subject to the reservation, local curb access, parking, and staging requirements.
Corporate accounts and billing
For repeat corporate bookings, the office can coordinate reservations for multiple bookers or passengers and handle reservation documentation, billing details, and recurring trip information according to the account setup. Explore corporate transportation
BEHIND EVERY RESERVATION
What consistent service requires
Planning before the pickup. Airport timing is planned from the flight, terminal, pickup address, passenger details, and known route conditions rather than a single generic estimate.
Communication around the reservation. Trip details are coordinated through the office. If the itinerary changes, call the office so dispatch can update the reservation and chauffeur as applicable. For monitored airport arrivals, the office also coordinates timing adjustments when flight status changes.
Professional chauffeurs. Chauffeurs are licensed as required in their operating jurisdiction. Chicago-area service is coordinated around the itinerary, pickup location, and applicable event or traffic conditions.
Vehicles selected for the itinerary. Sedan, SUV, and executive-van options are coordinated according to passenger count, luggage, trip type, stops, and availability.
FLEET OPTIONS
Sedans, SUVs, and Executive Sprinters
The right vehicle depends on passenger count, luggage, trip type, and the itinerary. Sedans are practical for individual travelers or smaller parties with moderate luggage. SUVs provide additional passenger or luggage space. Executive vans are available for larger groups when the passenger count, luggage, itinerary, and availability support that vehicle category.
Executive Sprinter
Available for corporate teams, event parties, airport transfers, and group transportation, subject to passenger count, luggage, and availability.
SERVICE AREA
Chicago, the North Shore, and beyond
Good local transportation requires specific knowledge: how downtown buildings stage vehicles, how event traffic changes curb access, and how an early North Shore airport departure should be planned.
We run point-to-point car service across downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods, cover O’Hare and Midway plus the reliever fields used for private aviation, and serve the northern suburbs through our North Shore service. Trips can include Chicago business districts, hotels, major venues, airports, and surrounding communities.
When the itinerary extends past the metro area, our long-distance car service covers regional destinations through a pre-arranged itinerary coordinated by the office, while multi-city travel can be arranged through worldwide transportation coordination. See all service areas.

SERVICE INFORMATION
Common questions about Chicago chauffeured transportation
Do you serve both O'Hare and Midway?
Yes. We handle scheduled departures and arrivals at O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW), plus reliever fields used for private aviation. For departures, the recommended pickup time is based on your flight, terminal, origin, and expected traffic. For arrivals, we monitor the flight and coordinate the applicable pickup procedure and wait-time allowance.
Do you track arriving flights?
Yes. Arrivals are monitored against live flight data. If a flight lands early, runs late, or is diverted, our office coordinates the timing with the chauffeur. For curbside pickup, call our office after collecting your luggage. With meet-and-greet service, no call is normally needed unless you cannot locate the chauffeur. See airport transportation.
What is the difference between curbside and meet-and-greet?
With curbside pickup, collect your luggage and call our office when you are ready. Dispatch will update the chauffeur and direct you to the designated pickup area. With meet-and-greet service, the chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign and assists with luggage. Meet-and-greet is often the better fit for international arrivals, first-time visitors, client pickups, and families traveling with children and bags.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Base it on passengers, luggage, and stops. Sedans suit one or two travelers with standard bags, SUVs handle small groups and extra luggage, and executive vans keep a full team together in one vehicle. Tell us the itinerary and we will recommend one. See the fleet.
Can one assistant book for several executives?
Yes. Assistants can coordinate transportation for multiple executives through the office, using separate booker and passenger contact details when needed. Recurring reservation information can be coordinated according to the account setup. See corporate transportation.
Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for a group or event?
Yes. Multi-vehicle transportation can be coordinated using passenger counts, pickup locations, timing, and one reservation contact for the itinerary. See group transportation.
How does hourly chauffeur service work?
Hourly service is reserved for a scheduled service window and can keep a multi-stop itinerary under one reservation. It can support roadshows, event transportation, meetings, and itineraries with multiple planned stops. See hourly service.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the itinerary—vehicle type, route and distance, timing, number of stops, and any waiting time. Review rates for common trips or request a quote with the complete itinerary for pricing based on the details provided.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Earlier is better, particularly for early-morning airport departures, convention weeks, and major events, when availability tightens. We do accommodate short-notice requests when vehicles are available, so it is always worth asking.
Are your chauffeurs and vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes. Chauffeurs are licensed as required in the jurisdictions in which they operate, and vehicles used for service are insured. Reservations are coordinated through the LimoRSVP office.
