Booking and Reservations

You can request service by phone, email, through our online quote form, or through the online booking system. If you are unsure which vehicle or service type fits your trip, LimoRSVP can help you review the options.

Book as early as possible to improve vehicle and pickup-time availability. Advance reservations are especially important for airport departures, conventions, concerts, sporting events, group travel, holidays, and other high-demand dates.

Same-day service may be available, depending on the requested pickup time, location, vehicle, and current availability. Contact LimoRSVP as soon as possible so the trip can be reviewed.

The most useful details are the service date and time, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage count, preferred vehicle, flight information when applicable, and any planned stops or special requirements. Complete trip details help the reservations team review pricing, availability, and vehicle fit.

Yes. You can arrange transportation for a client, employee, family member, guest, speaker, or other passenger. Provide the passenger’s correct name and mobile number so pickup instructions and trip updates can be coordinated.

No. Most reservations can be arranged without opening an account. Companies that need recurring transportation, centralized booking, or coordinated billing may contact LimoRSVP about corporate arrangements.

O’Hare, Midway and Airport Transportation

LimoRSVP provides private transportation to and from O’Hare International Airport, Midway International Airport, Chicago Executive Airport, and other regional airports. Review our Chicago airport transportation page for additional service information.

O’Hare pickup instructions depend on the terminal, arrival type, and whether the reservation is scheduled for curbside pickup or inside meet-and-greet service. The passenger receives the applicable instructions before or around the time of arrival.

Midway pickup instructions depend on the reservation and whether curbside pickup or inside meet-and-greet service was arranged. The passenger receives the applicable meeting instructions before or around the time of arrival.

Yes. When accurate airline and flight information is provided, LimoRSVP can monitor the flight status and use updated arrival information to coordinate pickup timing around the actual arrival and the confirmed local airport procedure.

Updated flight information is used to help coordinate pickup timing around the actual arrival and the confirmed local airport procedure. Keep the correct flight number on the reservation, and contact LimoRSVP as soon as possible about material itinerary changes, diversions, missed connections, or other changes that may affect the pickup.

Pickup options depend on the airport, terminal, arrival type, local airport rules, and reservation details. Curbside or inside meet-and-greet service may be available when requested and confirmed. Ask for the preferred pickup method when booking so the applicable procedure can be confirmed.

International arrivals may require additional time for immigration, baggage claim, customs, and terminal movement. Provide the complete flight information and passenger contact number so the pickup can be coordinated around the arrival process.

Chauffeurs can assist with standard luggage loading and unloading when practical. Passenger and luggage counts should be provided before the trip so vehicle fit can be reviewed and confirmed.

Recommended pickup timing depends on the airport, airline, domestic or international check-in requirements, pickup location, time of day, traffic, weather, construction, and major Chicago events. LimoRSVP can help recommend a pickup time based on the itinerary, but passengers should also follow their airline’s check-in guidance.

Yes. LimoRSVP provides private airport transportation. The vehicle is reserved for the passenger or party listed on the reservation and is not operated as a shared airport shuttle.

Pricing, Payments and Policies

Pricing is based on the service type, vehicle, pickup and destination, trip distance or duration, requested time, routing, and reservation requirements. Waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking, airport charges, special requests, and itinerary changes may also affect the total.

Both pricing structures may be used. Point-to-point and airport transfers are commonly quoted for the scheduled trip, while hourly chauffeur service is used for flexible itineraries, multiple stops, events, roadshows, and occasions when the vehicle needs to remain available.

The quote or reservation confirmation identifies the planned service and pricing based on the information provided. Review it for the vehicle, itinerary, scheduled time, included charges, and any terms that apply. Ask for clarification before confirming if any part of the quote is unclear.

LimoRSVP accepts major credit cards. Corporate billing or other approved arrangements may be available for qualifying accounts and should be confirmed before service.

A credit card is generally required to secure the reservation and authorize payment for the scheduled service. It may also be used for applicable charges resulting from approved waiting time, added stops, parking, tolls, or itinerary changes.

For Chicagoland transfer reservations, the standard cancellation notice is 6 hours for sedans and SUVs and 12 hours for vans. Hourly reservations require 24 hours notice, and transfers outside Chicagoland require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the quoted reservation rate. The cancellation period stated in the reservation confirmation applies, and special-event terms supersede the standard policy when specified.

The final amount may change when the completed trip differs from the original reservation. Examples include additional waiting time, extra stops, parking, tolls, route or schedule changes, extended hourly service, or other approved adjustments.

Vehicles, Passengers and Luggage

The fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes Sprinter vans. Review the LimoRSVP fleet for vehicle categories and general capacity guidance.

Sedans are generally best for smaller parties with moderate luggage, SUVs provide additional passenger and cargo space, and Sprinter vans can support larger groups. The best fit depends on the exact passenger count, bag sizes, equipment, seating needs, and itinerary, so provide those details before booking.

Child seating options may be available upon request, depending on the seat type, vehicle, trip details, and availability. Provide the child’s age, approximate weight, and seating requirement when requesting service.
