Chicago Limo Quote

Request a Chicago limo quote and we’ll price the trip around the details you provide. LimoRSVP arranges black car, luxury SUV, Mercedes Sprinter van, and limo service across Chicago and the surrounding area — airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly chauffeur service, corporate travel, and events. Pricing depends on the specifics of the reservation rather than a generic rate, so complete trip details help us prepare a more useful quote.

No payment is required to receive a quote, and there is no obligation to book. Your information is used only to respond to your request.

How to request a Chicago limo quote

Every quote is built from the details you send. If important information is missing, the reservations team may need to follow up before pricing and availability can be confirmed. Here is what makes a request complete.

    The form asks for:

    • Pickup address — the full street address, not just a neighborhood. Downtown high-rises, hotels, and office towers often have a specific entrance that matters for timing.
    • Destination — the same level of detail. For a drop-off at a venue or airport terminal, name it.
    • Date of service — and the time you need to be picked up, or the time you need to arrive.
    • Vehicle type — choose from the dropdown, or tell us your passenger and luggage count and ask us to recommend one.
    • Email and phone — the phone number matters if anything about the trip needs a quick clarification.

Put these in Additional Notes, because they can affect pricing, vehicle fit, or how the trip is coordinated and the form has no separate field for them:

    • Number of passengers and how many bags they are bringing.
    • Whether the trip is one direct transfer or needs the vehicle to wait and continue.
    • Any additional stops, with the addresses if you have them.
    • Flight number and airline for an airport pickup.
    • Car seats or booster seats, and the ages of the children.
    • Meet-and-greet inside the terminal rather than a curbside pickup.
    • Event start times, curfews, or anything else the schedule has to work around.
    • Return trip details if you need one quoted at the same time.

If a detail is not settled yet, say so in the notes rather than leaving it out. A quote built on “return time flexible, likely between 9 and 11 pm” is far more useful than one built on a return time we had to guess.

What affects your Chicago limo quote

Pricing reflects what the trip actually requires. These are the variables that move it:

    • Trip type. A point-to-point transfer is priced as a single run from A to B. Hourly service reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time, which is a different calculation entirely.
    • Date and time. The service date and pickup time can affect availability and pricing, especially during conventions, major events, holidays, and other high-demand periods.
    • Pickup and drop-off locations. Distance is only part of it. Downtown, the suburbs, O’Hare, and Midway each carry different routing and access considerations.
    • Stops and waiting time. Additional stops, waiting, and itinerary changes can affect the service format and pricing.
    • Passengers and luggage. Passenger count and luggage help determine the appropriate vehicle class, and vehicle class affects pricing. The same passenger count may require a different vehicle when luggage needs change.

    Choosing your service and vehicle

Two choices on the form change the shape of the quote. Neither has to be final — if you are unsure, describe the trip and ask for a recommendation.

    Point-to-point or hourly?

Choose point-to-point when you need one direct transfer: home to O’Hare, hotel to a dinner reservation, office to a client meeting across town. The vehicle takes you there and the trip ends.

Choose hourly when you need a reserved service window for several stops, waiting, or a flexible itinerary: a night with multiple destinations, a day of business meetings, or a wedding party moving between venues. Hourly service may also make sense when the schedule is uncertain and separate pickup times would be difficult to predict. Our hourly chauffeur service page explains how that arrangement works.

    Which vehicle should you request?

    • Black car or town car — executive transfers, dinners, and point-to-point airport runs when a sedan is appropriate for the passenger and luggage requirements.
    • Luxury SUV — families, luggage-heavy airport trips, and small groups that may need more passenger or cargo room than a sedan provides.
    • Mercedes Sprinter van — group travel, corporate transportation, and events where a larger vehicle may be a better fit for the passenger count, luggage, and itinerary.

Vehicle classes and what each is suited to are described in more detail on our fleet page. For larger parties, or trips where more than one vehicle may be needed, group transportation covers the planning side.

Not sure which to pick? Send your passenger count, luggage count, and trip details, and ask for a recommendation in the notes. We would rather quote the right vehicle than the one that was easiest to guess at.

Airport quote requests: O'Hare and Midway

Airport quote requests benefit from a few extra details because flight information, luggage, pickup procedure, and terminal logistics can affect how the reservation is planned.

For an arrival, include your flight number and airline. Supplied flight information can be monitored to support pickup planning around the actual arrival and the confirmed local airport procedure. If you prefer curbside or meet-and-greet service, include that in the request. Meet-and-greet may be available when arranged and confirmed, subject to airport rules and local operating procedures.

For a departure, tell us your flight time and, if you have a preference, how much cushion you want before it. Terminal, airline, and whether you are checking bags all help.

Traveling with children? Car seats or booster seats may be available when requested in advance and confirmed. Include the number of seats and the children’s ages in your notes.

For deeper planning on either airport, see Chicago airport transportation, or go straight to the airport you are flying through: O’Hare airport transportation and Midway airport transportation.

What happens after you send your request

Your Chicago limo quote request goes to the reservations team, who review it against the trip you have described — route, timing, vehicle class, and anything you have flagged in the notes. The response will include pricing and the availability information needed to decide whether to proceed.

Submitting the form is not a reservation. The quote is informational. Submitting the request does not reserve service or authorize a charge.

A few things worth knowing about the operator behind the quote:

    • LimoRSVP is a Chicago-based chauffeured transportation company handling airport transfers, corporate travel, event transportation, and long-distance black car service.
    • Trip details provided with the request are used by the reservations and dispatch team to coordinate the confirmed service.
    • Supplied flight information can be monitored to support airport pickup planning, and meet-and-greet may be available when requested and confirmed.
    • LimoRSVP is a member of the National Limousine Association.
    • You can reach us by phone at 312-208-7354 or by email at info@limorsvp.com.

For a same-day trip, an urgent change, or a complicated itinerary, call rather than rely on the form alone. Speaking with the office is the better path when timing or itinerary details need immediate clarification.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay anything to request a quote?

No. No payment is required to receive a quote, and there is no obligation to book. Your information is used only to respond to your request.

Is submitting the form the same as booking a car?

No. The form is a request for pricing and availability. Your quote is informational—you book only if the price and availability work for you.

When will I hear back about my request?

Response time depends on the request and current workload. If your trip is same-day or time-sensitive, call 312-208-7354 instead of relying on an email reply. Calling is the better option for anything urgent.

What if some of my trip details are not final yet?

Send the request and clearly note what is still open. For example, write “return time not confirmed, likely between 8 and 10 PM” or “final headcount between 9 and 12” in the notes. The reservations team can review the tentative information and let you know whether updated pricing will be needed once the details are finalized.

Can you quote a trip with extra stops or waiting time?

Yes. Include every stop you know about, with addresses where possible, and note the expected waiting or schedule requirements. Stops and waiting can affect the service format and pricing, so listing them upfront helps the reservations team prepare the quote.

What should I include for an O'Hare or Midway pickup?

Include your flight number and airline, the terminal if you know it, and whether you prefer curbside or meet-and-greet service. Supplied flight information can be monitored to support pickup planning. Meet-and-greet may be available when requested and confirmed, subject to airport procedures.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats?

Car seats or booster seats may be available when requested in advance and confirmed. Note how many seats you need and the children’s ages when you submit your request.

    What areas do you serve?

LimoRSVP serves Chicago and the North Shore and can coordinate additional regional or out-of-market transportation based on the itinerary. Include your exact pickup and drop-off addresses in the form so routing and availability can be confirmed. Our service areas page covers the local region in more detail.
