EVENT-SPECIFIC ACCESS & STAGING
Soldier Field pickup and drop-off procedures are controlled by the venue, the City of Chicago, law enforcement and the event organizer, and traffic plans can change by event. LimoRSVP confirms the current public-access plan for the specific date rather than promising one curb, lot or gate for every game or concert.
Rideshare zones published by the venue do not automatically apply to a LimoRSVP reservation, so your group should use the meeting location confirmed for your trip.
For the return, agree on one meeting point and one primary contact before entering the stadium. If the event runs long or the traffic plan changes, call our office and dispatch will update the chauffeur.

PICKUP PROCEDURES DIFFER BY EVENT
Limousines are restricted from entering the Soldier Field campus beginning 90 minutes after kickoff until one hour after the event ends. Post-event limousine pickup for sporting events is directed to Balbo Drive at Columbus Drive north of Soldier Field, subject to the event traffic plan.
For concerts, limousines can stage on East McFetridge Drive between Soldier Field and the Field Museum. Passengers should plan to exit through the north side of the stadium and walk to the confirmed staging area. The traffic plan may change by event, so LimoRSVP confirms the applicable location before service.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT VEHICLE
For individuals, couples and small groups, Soldier Field black car service is typically provided in an executive sedan or SUV. Executive Sprinters are available for coordinated groups, tailgate parties and hosted outings. The right vehicle depends on the passenger count, belongings and number of stops. Executive Sprinters and major event dates are subject to availability, so advance reservations are recommended.
Coats, bags and event materials can significantly affect the vehicle fit. A winter Bears game may involve heavy outerwear, while a tailgate can add chairs, coolers and other equipment. EVENT TRANSPORTATION, BY OCCASION
Different events here carry different scheduling risks. These are the ones we plan around most often, and the same approach applies to Chicago event transportation at other venues.
Bears game end times and post-game traffic can vary, particularly when a game goes into overtime or the group includes a tailgate. Hourly service may be practical when the return timing is uncertain or the itinerary includes activities before or after the game. Round-trip service can still work when the group has a clear meeting plan and approximate departure window.
Concert and soccer match end times can also vary. Round-trip service may work when you expect to leave promptly, while hourly service provides more flexibility for dinner, multiple stops or an uncertain departure time. Soldier Field concert transportation fills quickly on summer weekends.
Corporate hospitality may involve several pickup addresses, a pre-event restaurant stop, executive guests and one person managing the itinerary.
